Buying Beef, Lamb, Pork, Eggs & Farm Products
After March 25, 2023, all of our beef and lamb will be sold by the share (1/4, 1/2 and whole).
Buying beef & lamb by the 1/4, 1/2 or whole:
To ensure we sell the highest quality products, our naturally raised meat products are produced on a seasonal schedule. We process our beef in May, June, October and November when our livestock are in their best physical condition. Our beef and lamb shares are generally made available by reservations when shares become available.
Beef shares are are made available for reservations in mid-February for our October beef and in mid-October for our June beef. We send out notifications of availability to our customer list using our newsletter contact list. Pricing:
We strive to produce the highest quality, nutrient dense farm products. We strive to keep our prices competitive but do not intend to be the low priced provider of naturally raised farm products. We use the USDA reports on Grassfed Beef, Grassfed Lamb and Grassfed Pork along with surveys of local retail prices of similar products to set our prices. We are confident you will be impressed with the quality of our products.
