Happy New Year! - New Products Coming!

Our Swallow Hill Farm family thanks all of our friends, family and customers for their much appreciated support! We hope you all have a Happy and Healthy New Year!

It is hard to believe we are now entering another new year on the farm. Our beef production should be at full capacity this year and able us to better serve the growing demand for our natural farm products. We are in the process of developing several new product offerings: honey, goats and/or sheep, home made soaps and tallow candles. We will need time to grow our new livestock to full capacity but these new additions should help us broaden our natural product offerings. Our soap and tallow products will also provide for better use of other portions of livestock (suet) which are not in high demand.
