Buying Beef, Lamb, Pork, Eggs & Farm Products
After March 25, 2023, all of our beef and lamb will be sold by the share (1/4, 1/2 and whole).
Buying beef & lamb by the 1/4, 1/2 or whole:
To ensure we sell the highest quality products, our naturally raised meat products are produced on a seasonal schedule. We process our beef in May, June, October and November when our livestock are in their best physical condition. Our beef and lamb shares are generally made available by reservations when shares become available.
